Things that got done:
Researched extensively to create a shortlist of high performing team attributes. Identified 8 attributes. I’ll leave this in draft for the time being and will reflect on the list over the coming days. It’s a good enough working definition to build from.
Here are the 8 attributes:
Shared vision and common purpose
Democratic leadership (collective actions)
Proactive, transparent communication
Diverse perspectives; complementary skills
Empowered individuals; collective accountability
Timely feedback (positive for juniors; constructive for leaders)
Continuous learning (objective, dispassionate)
Celebrated success (individual contributions; team outcomes)
